The Sunman eArc 430W flexible solar panel is a lightweight, durable and efficient solar panel designed for a range of applications including caravans, motorhomes, yachts, trains and buses. It is made of a patented composite material that is similar to those used in aircraft windows, making it strong and sturdy. The eArc technology uses glass fiber reinforced composite polymers that reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion to a similar level as fixed panels, eliminating the primary cause of failure in flexible and lightweight solar panels. The panel is 2mm thin and weighs 7.3kg, making it easy to install and transport.
The solar panel includes monocrystalline cells that provide a power output of 430 watts, with a maximum power voltage of 42 Vmp and a maximum power current of 10.24 Imp. It has an open circuit voltage of 49.8 V and a short circuit current of 10.74 Isc. The panel has an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ and a 10 year product warranty for construction and 5 years for mobile applications.
The Sunman eArc 430W flexible solar panel can be mounted using two rolls of double-sided adhesive tape with a very high level of bonding and polycarbonate strips, or using structural silicone (Fix8) to bond the panel to a surface. The panel also has a vented gap that improves panel efficiency and reduces heating of the mounting surface, allowing the junction box to sit under the panel.

eArc is the best solution for roofs that suffer from structural and load problems. The eArc module is 70% lighter than conventional glass modules, which is designed for commercial and industrial roofs that do not have the minimum load capacity to support conventional glass modules.
