The module is manufactured with a white backsheet and an anti-reflective, high-transmittance, low-iron tempered glass and an anodised aluminium alloy and silver frame. These enclosures transfer less heat to the upper cells, which helps extend the life of the panels while improving overall system performance, it is claimed.

The company also launched an all-black panel with an output power of 400 W and an efficiency of 20.5%. The NU-JC400B module is built with a black frame and black back sheet.
